Returns for Lighting Products
At LIGHTINGELSTORE LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your lighting purchase. If an eligible item does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team before returning the product.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product should:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include the original components and accessories.
- Have no installation marks, scratches, or modifications.
- Be securely packaged for return transportation.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Custom-made or specially configured lighting products.
- Final-sale merchandise.
- Products that have been installed or modified.
- Items damaged because of improper installation, handling, or storage.
Refunds
Returned merchandise will be inspected after arrival. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us with your order information and details of the problem.
